LaRue Coleman began his career in the window cleaning industry in October 1970 at the age of 18 while in college. In 1977, LaRue bought out his business partner and developed JOBS Building Services into the market leader in Houston and one of the largest window cleaning companies in the United States. In 1981, LaRue formed Aluminum Maintenance Systems of Texas (AMST), which provides building restoration and waterproofing services alongside JOBS’ core market of window cleaning. Under LaRue’s leadership, AMST eventually expanded to provide architectural metal restoration as well as custom elevator interiors.
In June of 2019, LaRue formed an investment partnership with middle-market private equity firm Keystone Capital to form the first platform in the exterior high-rise window cleaning and façade maintenance industry. Under LaRue’s leadership, the JOBS-AMST platform completed several acquisitions to expand the geographic footprint of the business. LaRue was instrumental in the recruitment of additional leadership into the business, including the onboarding of CEO Eric Crabb. In March of 2021, LaRue was integral to the completion of JOBS-AMST’s completed merger with Valcourt Building Services, and the combined companies now service over 30 markets across the United States.
LaRue has served the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) as a both a board member and as its President in 1994. In addition, in 1985 LaRue began serving on the ASME A120 Committee that writes the safety standards for the window cleaning industry. LaRue presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Mars Hill Productions, as a board member of MXTV, and as a board member of Uttermost International of India. LaRue is actively involved in a multitude of charitable endeavors, is married, and has one daughter and two grandchildren.
Eric has spent over 18 years in the Facility Services space, currently serving as the CEO of Valcourt Group. Prior to Valcourt, he served as an Executive Managing Director of Cushman and Wakefield’s recently acquired group, Facilities Solutions (formerly QSI Facilities). Prior to the acquisition, Eric served as the CEO of QSI, helping lead a successful exit from its private equity sponsor, Gridiron Capital, to Cushman and Wakefield in January 2019. Prior to QSI Facilities, Eric spent almost 15 years at ABM, where he last served as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions where he was responsible for leading the business development in North Americas, focused on client solutions that created long-term partnerships.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management Information Systems & Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX and is a member of BOMA, IREM, CoreNet, IFMA and PRSM.
Kevin joined the JOBS-AMST team as Director of Safety & Compliance in 2008. He helped develop the JOBS-AMST Health and Safety Program. He is currently Regional Vice President for the Valcourt Group.
Kevin serves on the ASME A120.1 and IWCA I14.1 committees.
Kevin has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Monica Pfeiffer is a native Texan with 20 years of sales experience, 15 of which has been in the waterproofing space. She spent the most recent portion of her tenure developing sales teams and processes to deepen client relationships and win work in the commercial real estate market.
Growing up military, becoming a student-athlete, and having traveled to over 20 different countries has given Michael a profound understanding of core values such as loyalty, respect, and integrity that he continues to support in everyday life. He began his career in the waterproofing and restoration industry in 2002 as a laborer and has worked his way up the ranks into his current position as President of EDS. With his in-depth understanding and passion for restoring our nations aging infrastructure, Michael takes a “Hands On” approach to all aspects of the business and brings a TEAM approach with every project.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from East Carolina University and is an active member of the Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration Institute, IFMA, BOMA, NCHEA, WCA, NCAPPA, IBEC, ICRI, NCBPA, and IREM.
Michael is married with two daughters and resides in Apex, NC.
John (JD) McGrath has spent over a decade working in the window cleaning & exterior building maintenance industry. However, JD was immersed in the industry much earlier through his father, John McGrath, who co-founded Scottie’s Building Services (Scottie’s) in 1986. JD worked his way up through Scottie’s, starting as a window cleaner and eventually landing his current role as President. During that time, JD gained hands-on experience in Operations & Sales by providing services such as high-rise & low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, glass restoration, exterior metal maintenance, post-construction glass cleaning, parking deck cleaning & high dusting/industrial cleaning to the Carolinas & Virginia.
JD is passionate about delivering quality service and building meaningful client relationships that foster trust & success in achieving common objectives. JD is also an active member of BOMA, IFMA, IREM, NCHEA & IWCA.
