Lance Rasmussen

As the General Manager of JOBS Waterproofing & Restoration, Lance is a results-oriented team-player, leading the Valcourt Group’s expansion into the great state of Texas. Lance brings over 15 years of construction industry experience to his role and has been with JOBS-AMST for 5 years. He is active in industry associations, such as BOMA, SWRI, ICRI, and IIBEC, and holds several certifications, including OSHA 30, BASF and Dow Waterproofing, SIKA Waterproofing, Hazmat Certified, and Scaffolding Competent Person.
